We ship delivered duties paid to the following: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, all EU Countries, and the UK.
All purchases may be returned within 30 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For refunds to credit cards, we deduct $8 to cover shipping and restocking. On any expedited shipping services we are unable to issue a full refund. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. Please contact us.
We don't process direct exchanges, and ask that if you'd like a replacement item you follow our return policy and contact one our customer care reps using the contact us form.
Our size chart provides body measurements to help you determine what size you wear with us. Additional information on how specific garments fit can be found on each product page under the tab entitled "SPECS." Please also feel free to contact our customer service team with any further questions or concerns.
We recommend machine washing cold and tumbling dry low with like colors. If your item has a zipper, please zip completely before washing and drying.
All of our garments are pre-washed. Shrinking should be minimal, if noticeable at all.
